So a few days ago I broke up with my partner of nearly 3 years. I have been very impressed by myself in the days following and my ability to turn all the negativity, anger and hatred I feel toward my ex, and channeling it into the gym. In stead of holling up in my bed watching sappy romcoms and eating shitty food, I’ve been in the gym morning and night taking it out on my body. And as a result, in the last 4 days I have dropped 1.4kg. You know what they say, the best revenge is a good body.
